Tuesday to Saturday from 10.00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 5.30 p.m.
Closed on Sundays, Mondays and national, regional and municipal holidays.
The last admission is at 5:00 p.m.

Tuesday to Saturday from 9.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m.

Access to the gardens and cafeteria/restaurant is free of charge.
Tikets
Adult ticket (26 to 64 years old): € 3.00
Youth ticket (13 to 25 years old): € 3.00
Senior Ticket (65 years old and over): € 2.50
Group Ticket (more than 6 people) (price per person): € 1.50
Family Ticket (at least 1 adult and at least 1 child): € 1.50
Free entry:
- All residents of the Autonomous Region of Madeira who present their Simplifica card or alternative proof of address, namely a bill or other document that identifies their area of residence;
- Children aged 0 to 12;
- Students who present their school ID card;
- Teachers who are properly identified while performing their duties or who have professional identification;
- Accredited researchers;
- Holders of APOM/ICOM/ICOMOS/AICA cards;
- Journalists in the performance of their duties and holders of professional identification;
- Tourism professionals in the performance of their duties and holders of professional identification;
- Employees of the Regional Directorate for Culture (DRC) / Regional Secretariat for Tourism, Environment and Culture (SRTAC);
- School groups;
- Holders of veteran cards;
- Groups of residents, with a minimum of 6 people, who have requested a visit through educational services;
- Groups from cultural and community associations in the Autonomous Region of Madeira;
- Holders of multi-purpose medical certificates of disability;
- On the first Saturday of each month, access to cultural facilities is free for families, provided they consist of at least two members, one of whom must be an adult and the other under 18 years of age.
